Pain Management
Pain is an unpleasant feeling that causes discomfort, disability, weakness and distress. We use different ways to decrease pain by using physical agent, advanced electrotherapy equipment, manual correction of body alignment and targeted strength training to alleviate pain, improve cellular recovery, proliferation of stem cells over the injured tissue. This help to decrease the disabilities and improve physical capacity.
Manual Therapy
Manual Therapy is commonly used to treat patients with pain and disability. It included soft tissue release, myofascial structure therapy, therapeutic massage, joint mobilisation and manual stretching. Through these methods to improve joint mobility, soft tissue flexibility, range of motion and postural alignment to improve pain, posture and physical function. The treatments are carried out by our qualified physiotherapist to ensure accuracy and safety throughout the treatment.
Exercise Therapy
We provide different exercise therapy to improve balance, strength, reduce the recurrence of pain and improve physical capacity. The exercise therapy is aim to improve our client’s function and ultimately return to wellness.
